Intrading has been specializing in the procurement of hardwood floors over the past years, and in the process , we have been able to forge solid relationships exclusively with mills which are equipped with ultimate generation machinery and with vast production capacities. |
Since all of our operations are “hands on” we have been able to identify all the limitations and potential each of our suppliers face and have, per region and even per specie. This has enabled us to develop a sensible sourcing program where we know which specie is more competitive and from which region it makes the most sense to harvest from. Many of the species we currently work with are grown and harvested in various regions through out South and Central America, but it is crucial to identify each mill’s potential based on their harvesting projections and specie availability, specially since we only deal with mills that have FCS certifications and legally obtained harvest programs endorsed by their government. |

Completely custom made programs
At Intrading we understand our customer’s needs and also understand that in order to remain competitive, a company must adapt. When a slower economy calls for downsizing but without sacrificing the capacity to maintain stocks, we offer a completely custom made order program, where we can MIX and MATCH container loads with up to 3 different species in different widths, even with unfinished and prefinished floors. We are also able to cater to the most special request, weather it being 4’ and longer flooring or straight grain products.

From the mill to your door
We appreciate the fact that our customers should be concentrated in selling and developing new markets for their products. Intrading handles all processes and logistics from the inspection of the material at the mill, to competitive freight arrangements and customs clearance, until final delivery at our customer’s doors.
